Suzhou Bafang Electric Motor Science-Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter to be referred as ¡°8FUN¡±) warrants to the complete bike manufacturing and distribution companies that the products they bought from 8FUN are free from non-conformities in material and workmanship within warranty period.

8FUN Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following:
- damage, failure and/or loss caused by refitting, neglect, improper maintenance, competition or commercial purposes, misuse, abuse or accident;
- damage, failure and/or loss caused by shipping;
- damage, failure and/or loss caused by improper installation, adjusting or repairing;
- damage, failure and/or loss irrelevant to material and workmanship, e.g., failure to follow instructions by the consumers;
- damage, failure and/or loss caused by product¡¯s appearance and surface change which doesn¡¯t affect its function;
- damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or installation;
- damage, failure or loss caused by normal wear and tear.
8FUN reserves the right and is only responsible for repairing or replacing of the products.
In case bike manufacturing or distributing companies encounter quality problems when using or selling 8FUN products, they can report the purchase order number and products¡¯ serial number to 8FUN technology service department who makes sure that the products are under warranty; if so, 8FUN will offer repair or replacement for free. All expenses happened during warranty process shall be paid by consumers.

8FUN will charge for parts, manual work and transportation fees after the warranty.
Should 8FUN parts on complete bikes need repair, please contact the bike manufacturer or reseller directly. For those bought from other ways or other countries, please contact the reseller directly.
Should the above-mentioned warranty contravene China's existing laws, subject to state laws. 8FUN reserves the right to partially or completely modify the warranty without prior notice.
